Site blueprints for Epstein's secluded tropical island included in the photographs.
Also included in this latest photograph release seems to be a development blueprint for the Great St James island, located in the US Virgin Islands.
The financier bought a smaller island - the Little St James - originally in 1998, but subsequently obtained the larger Great St James in the year 2016 for approximately $22.5 million.
This visual evidence reveal he had created plans to transform the 161-acre island by constructing residences, an amphitheatre, an submerged workspace and a swimming pool.
Visible on the drawing is a channel, a marine passage in the region, indicated on the bottom right.
The architectural drawing is annotated in red pen markings and features a notes section detailing different parts of the estate.
In addition to the main plan are what look to be several other site drawings and engineering blueprints, featuring layouts for marina coverings.
More materials disclosed as part of the current investigative process.
